Good morning.

I am still early on so I don't know what my body will look like. So far so good. I am hopeful that my youth and genetics will snap my skin back into place.

Accountability: I felt pretty nauseous yesterday so I stayed on track. Maybe under.

Today:

B: dunkins coffee and wake up wrap

L: 2oz deli ham and 3 cracker cuts of cheese

S: turkey pepperoni

D: egg beater omelet and bacon or some parmesan chicken breast with 1/2 of a potato. Depends how I feel and do the rest of the day.

Morning Menu Peeps!

The high here today is supposed to be 83... it's only 1 degree higher than the posted 'low-high' in history for Oklahoma City! Nice day to be outside enjoying the weather... instead of stuck where I am. Sigh...

QOTD: Plastics.... I'm not sure. I'm definitely either at my goal, or within 5 pounds of my stretch goal, and while I definitely do have some loose skin, and sometimes it definitely bugs me, I am lucky in that I don't have an overhang on my stomach, and a good bra brings what's left of the girls up to an acceptable level . My thighs are pretty wrinkled, and my arms are wrinkly when I hold them in certain positions... my back and butt are also kind of melted down as well... but unless I come into a huge amount of money at some point, I don't foresee myself having surgery at this point... I look OK in clothes, so that's a plus!

Accountability: There was strawberry cake in my pouch on Saturday evening, and a couple of glasses of wine... potatoes, fried tofu, and shrimp chips... It was a free for all. Yesterday I rebounded pretty well though, and today, back on the straight and narrow!

Weight this morning 138.0

B: grilled chicken leg

S: 1 ounce of cheese

L: 4 ounces of butter chicken

S: 1 ounce of cheese

D: Leftovers, either grilled chicken, low carb meatloaf, or another chicken breast meal that's in there...

S: My beloved latte with Fairlife milk

Shrimp chips are NOT healthy.... and NOT something anyone still in the weight loss period should even be around... trust me, they are under the accountability post because they aren't healthy!

TY for the update. I just read the ingredients and thought I was gonna have a heart attack. LOL. But it did get my wheels spinning. There is a low carb recipe for "cheetos" involving cheese, egg whites, and an oven/parchment paper. Wonder if we could get some dried shrimp from the Asian market-whiz em up into dust in a coffee/spice grinder, maybe some Cajun of lc BBQ spice and pipe 'em out of a baggie and make some kind of delicious shrimp toasty, 100% legal snack? big wheels keep on rollin'

Hi,

QOTD: I had plastic surgery in 2005 after I lost 154 lbs. It was brutal. Full abdominoplasty and medial thighplasty. It took forever to recover. My thighs were horrible because of how I carry my weight. My tummy tuck came out great because they only had to remove less than 3 lbs of excess because I worked out a lot.

Menu for today:

Protein shake with 4 oz of almond milk 25 grams protein

Lunch: egg beaters with melted lf cheese 14 grams protein

Maybe tuna?

Dinner: not sure yet

Yogurt 4 oz ff greek with one splenda and cinnamon

64 ounce of liquids or more

Good morning! Busy at work, so I'll come back later to read everyone's posts. Returned home late afternoon yesterday, unpacked, did some laundry, and watched one HECK of an episode of Game of Thrones! My breakroom was abuzz this morning with people discussing it.

Accountability: pretty good yesterday, breakfast at the hotel was sausage links, bacon, and flavorless hotel scrambled eggs. A bit of salsa made them ok. For lunch we ate at a BBQ place, DH and I shared a chicken entree. The side options weren't the best, but I got the coleslaw (but the cheesy potatoes were trying to seduce me!) and had a couple bites. We made the mistake of passing a chocolatier making fresh fudge in their store window and of course had to buy some (we opted for peanut butter fudge) and now that's sitting in our fridge. We haven't had any yet, but I know we will have small pieces until it's gone. I'm going to hold out until tomorrow because I also promised myself I would get my free fancy birthday cupcake if I stayed on plan. I know I shouldn't have a cupcake if there's fudge at home too, but...I'm gonna.

Today:

breakfast: 1/2 cottage cheese with 8 blueberries

snack: 2 oz cubed ham, 1 oz cubed sharp cheddar cheese

lunch: tuna packet

dinner: 4 oz salmon fillet and 1/4 C yellow squash
