What's on your menu today (Monday) RNYers?
off today!! Heading out for coffee soon and then to get a massage! Dinner with DH, my sister & her husband, and my mom tonight. Which could mean another high-sodium day - I'm feeling really water-logged this morning. Luckily my weight isn't horrible...
QOTD: I always carried my weight in my stomach, so I have a lot of hangy-downy fat there. It's easily hidden without compression garments (I just tuck it into my jeans or whatever and wear a long-ish top), so I guess I don't really *need* PS, but I hate looking at it. I'd also like a breast lift, even though my mother keeps reminding me that at my age, everybody has droopy breasts. But still...ugh. I have very thin thighs, so I won't touch them. The skin on them is crepe-y, but it's not like I'm ever going to wear short shorts or mini skirts again. My face looks really old, too. I keep hoping my fat will re-distribute and it'll fill out a bit - but, I don't know. The turkey neck sure won't. So yes, I do think about PS - but I don't know if I'll take the plunge or not. I keep going back and forth about it....

D: salad, one piece of pizza
exercise: I'd better. It's been awhile. Probably upper body strength machines & the recumbent cross-trainer
