What's on your menu today (Monday) RNYers?
Good morning menu folks! It's rainy here and calling for heavy rain all day. We had a lovely warm, but not hot, weekend and I was able to get out and get in some walking.
QOTD: Have you had or are you considering plastic surgery? What were your motivations? Why not? I'm still early in the losing phase, so I have no idea what my body will look like when I reach goal. I might consider it, but I don't have any decisions made.

Happy Monday, friends. I had a lovely weekend--lots of fun and verrrry relaxing! I am only back to work today, then I am off Tuesday and Wednesday, to celebrate my birthday. Whooo! We are heading up to a resort town in Maine on the beach and to see my favorite play. I am so excited!
And tonight after work, we are heading to a cute little local theater and they are playing the Tom Hanks movie, Big. One of my favorites! I will skip the popcorn, but I will plan on getting chicken tenders for dinner, there. Not the greatest, but probably the best choice on the menu.
Accountability: I barely ate anything I planned yesterday and ended up over my planned calories by 121 and over my planned carbs by 27. Good news is that most of the crap that we never-ever keep in the house has been eaten or thrown away so it will be easier to make better choices. I just can't have carbs and sugar in the house. I can't.
QOTD: I'd never rule out a face lift when it is time.
2 years post op / lbs
Vitamins: Patches (D3, Iron & Multi) Oral (Multi)
Exercise: nothing formal but lots of walking to and from the train
Nice trip for your birthday: enjoy!
