Lite babybel and egg salad cottage cheese are da bomb!!

Hi,

Not sure who posted the egg salad and cottage cheese recipe but yum! I bought 21 spice mix from Trader Joes (couldnt find bagel spice) and added that and some mustard, garlic powder and getting ready to add pickle reli****s really yummy!

Today I picked up some babybel lite with 50 calories and 6 grams of protein. I was on the road and ate one as a snack in my car and the other this afternoon in lieu of meal 2 of the day. Getting ready to eat some chicken cacciatore (my 2 ounces) tonight.

I feel human again. Not a mushies baby. I graduated to soft foods at almost a month out. !!!

HI,

I made mine with 4 eggs 1/2 cup cottage cheese, mustard, some pickle 21 spice from trader joes, garlic powder. I wanted to add turkey bacon but realized I did not have any. Its really tasty and filling.

I use 1 boiled egg, 1/4 cup cottage cheese, whatever seasoning- my fav is the everything but the bagel seasoning from Trader Joe's and crumbled bacon if I have it on hand. Basically using cottage cheese instead of mayo.

Finding foods that go down and help with the fight always feels nice.
