Went to camp and hit Onederland this week
Hi guys,
I'm so happy! I am in Onederland. I wasn't sure I'd get here because I normally keep my carbs at around 30 grams per day or lower but was out at camp and although I did eat protein forward every day, I couldn't use my fitness pal (no internet out there), AND I gave in and ate a cup of watermelon one day, and 10 cherries another day.
So this morning I was thrilled to see 199 for the first time in probably over 30 years. That's down 2 Lbs from last week, and 105 Lbs total. I also had my 6 month surgiversary out at camp; woohoo.
Here's a pic of our bay, which is part of Lake Superior:

Congratulations Kathy! That is a true milestone! I'm thrilled for you - you are a shining STAR!
Also, the lake looks very beautiful! Growing up, I spent every summer on a northern lake. Now I live on the stunning California coast, but I still really, really love lakes (bonus - no sharks!) Gorgeous!
Thank you!
I spent every summer out at camp too, growing up. It was great!
Living on the California coast must be wonderful! No snow! I would love to live somewhere without snow; we get it for 6 months a year and it's crazy.
