When I was in the liquid phase my husband made me bone broth with some moose bones from his last hunt. If you think your stomach could handle some kind of bone broth then that might be a good choice for you since it's very nutritious and you'll hopefully be able to get more benefits from it. The nausea could also be from your protein drinks - I remember one of the ladies at my doc's office saying that in the first month the protein drinks could cause some issues with nausea. I don't think it's the protein drinks the kinda calm down my stomach some. I'm drink two to three of those a day I just don't like the taste of them.
