Thank you! I couldn't find her earlier. She didn't respond to my call (unusual), and I wanted to check on her. So I noisily warmed up a slice of deli turkey in the microwave. Sure enough, that did the trick - she heard it, figured I was having some tasty lunch, and came running. She split the slice of turkey, bite by bite, with her sister Kai. She is definitely feeling better, thank goodness!

Good morning - late to the party lately because I've been super busy at work. Can't wait for today to be over and my honey to be home! Bring on the weekend fun, rest and relaxation!
QOTD - I'm a hardcore Starbucks girl. I like what I like and whenever I deviate I am so disappointed! I buy SB for the Keurig also (sometimes Pete's). It's not as good as the SB shops, but it's the next best thing.
Accountability - stayed on track - holding at 186 still

So for food:
25 grams protein and coffee
scrambled eggbeaters with lf cheese
babybel lite for snack
chicken cacciatore 2 oz plus 3/4 ounce of lf cheese mixed in
Probably yogurt 4 oz plus cinammon and splenda
