I totally get that. I rarely stepped on the scale in my 20's because of the stress and pressure it put on me. It was kind of a don't ask and don't be disappointed in yourself type of situation. You're doing GREAT already, by the way! I completely understand wanting to get the surgery over with and start moving faster though. Just keep doing what you're doing, girlfriend. You're killing it!

Good morning,
I'm doing something I never done before tomorrow , I'm going kayaking.
Accountability I didn't have my snack last night.
QOTD If I'm out, I prefer my coffee at Mcdonald's or Speedway gas station because I'm cheap, also get rewards for free drinks after buying so many.
B ham and cheese omelette and string cheese
L tuna and cottage cheese
D last of the blue cheese hamburger patty and if i get to the store ill have zucchini zoodles or asparagus if not.
S hot dogs and tropical fruit cup
