What's on your menu today (Photo Friday) RNYers?
Happy Friday! Birthday next week and DH is taking me to Kansas City, MO for the weekend. Bought tickets to Oceans of Fun waterpark only to see that it's supposed to rain all weekend. Neither of us like to waste money, so the conscensus is that we're going, rain or shine and we're going to ENJOY it! Hehehe.
I'm proud of myself today: it's been a whole week of eating on plan, no unplanned snacks, binging, etc. I'm drinking about 4 cups of herbal tea at night to stave off night snacking, but it's a more decent option. I'm finding that my true appetite has diminished, and I'm not even having too many urges to snack (huge issues before with wanting to munch at the desk at work). I'm finding things to do at night instead of sitting in front of the tv (fussing in the garden, mostly)
editing to add QotD: i drink coffee st home, Keurig with the refillable basket. If I'm having coffee socially, I like Crane Coffee. Local place with a very inviting atmosphere, fireplace, and a whole different menu of sugar free flavors. I like SF Coconut lattes
Breakfast: Greek L&F, 2 TBSP blueberries, coffee with premier protein
lunch: tuna packet, 2 dill pickle spears
snack: 5 slices of salami, 3 cheddar cheese cubes
dinner: 3 oz steak, yellow squash
photo: my cat in her winter sweater. She likes to play in the snow when I go out to scoop the walkway. Just a reminder that cool weather is coming before we know it! It's cooler than normal here and it's making me think of fall (my favorite season) ;)

lol Im not sure if she likes it or just puts up with her crazy mom putting it on her 
she certainly likes what the sweater indicates--if I'm putting it on her, it means she gets to go outside in the snow! She loves hopping around in snowdrifts. She doesn't fight me to put it on her. My other two cats would probably claw me!
