Feeling fit and fabulous today and glad it's Friday. Lily and I have our 3.7 miles in this am and it was downright chilly so I broke out a jacket. We'Lloyd do another mile after supper too.QOTD I am a tightwad so use my Keurig at home with the refillable basket. I love flavored coffees and drink it in any weather all day. The first cup is caffeinatEd and the rest are decaf. I order lots of coffee online from Boca Java. Accountability was good with no extra bites. Post op 4 years 11 months and weight at 118 today. Here's the food plan for maintenance today B 1/2 c steel cut oats with protein and peanut butter added L protein item whIle out running errands with family D 31/2 oz salmon 1/2 c Italian green beans S sm apple with 1 T peanut butter. Have a great day all and make some smart choices that move you one step closer to your goal. Picture is taken this morning and I love this outfit as the pants were clearances and are size 00 and the shirt I found complete with tags on at a resale shop for 5 dollars. It's size XS. This outfit reminds me of how far I've come and I never would have worn horizontal stripes or bright colors at 273. Have a great weekend everyone!

Good Morning! Happy Fri-yay! Still not released from jury duty-I have to call back at 11:30 for further instructions so I have no idea what my schedule looks like today and that drives my bonkers. Also, I think my battery is slowly dying-car seemed to not start with as much power yesterday morning and then this morning when I started it the hazard lights, both sets of wipers and all lights on the display were on...so that is my only guess so I need to get the battery tested later today too. No other concrete weekend plans-we might paint a portion of one of the kitchen walls with chalkboard paint and we do need to get a little of Emily's back to school shopping done as well.
QOTD: I am actually on a mini break-up with Starbucks right now (it's only been a week). I was a daily SB drinker and now I am trying to only get them on the weekends when we are out and about. I made my coffee at the office all week which saves me $ and helps with my macros since I use Fairlife when I make my own so I see it as a win-win.
Accountability: Did well yesterday-again had a few strawberries and fiber cereal while packing my lunch.
Time since surgery: 2 years, 11 months
B: SF latte, eggbeaters with roasted red pepper, ½ an orange and 2 turkey sausage links
L: Albacore tuna lettuce wraps and baby carrots
S: SF latte, homemade Greek yogurt with strawberries and ¼ cup bran cereal, 2 Brazil nuts and Buddig black forest ham pack and SF popsicle when I get home
D: 2 scrambled eggs topped with shredded cheese, turkey sausage links and SF banana pudding made with Fairlife topped with cool-whip
E: One hour stair-climber this morning and 40 mins of elliptical at lunch (going to take an early lunch before I have to check in for jury duty)
V/W: On track
