Good Morning Janet and Menu Family!
It's actually chilly outside today. Odd for August.
My daughter, Saralisa, leaves tomorrow for Ireland! She will be gone until August 23rd. I'm really going to miss her while she is gone and so are our two dogs! My picture isn't the greatest photography but it's of Saralisa and our two dogs, Blossom (mixed breed) and Tippy (chihuahua).
Accountability: Yesterday a few Cheetos found there way into my hand and mouth so my totals are a bit higher. Protein - 68, Calories - 1, 150, Carbs - 89.
QOTD: I don't generally buy coffee unless I'm traveling somewhere and then I usually get it at a gas station. Most of the time I drink coffee from my trusty coffee maker at home.

Good morning everyone and Happy Friday! It's a long weekend here, and I'm so happy about that. We have NO plans!!! So it will be a weekend of de-cluttering, unpacking, picking out paint colours and organizing.
QOTD- The big coffee chain up here is Tim Horton's but now that I have cut back on my coffee, I've become more picky about my coffee. I'm not a Tim Horton's fan (Sorry to my fellow Canadians- don't worry the rest of the fam more than makes up for it) and usually choose Starbucks. At our old office, they served Tim's but the new office serves Starbucks, and it's reasonably priced. So I have a Cafe Verona every day, and make sure I get lots of water in to make up for the caffeine.
Accountability- I didn't have the sausage links yesterday for lunch - instead I had a spinach salad with chicken. It was pretty yummy but I have to get serious about meal planning and making lunches.

D: Either a Hot Dog or Hamburger with no bun
S: Nothing planned but maybe Greek yogurt
Exercise Day 6 of Shift Shop tonight. I'm really enjoying these workouts. The trainer is awesome - so motivating. I've really been pushing myself.
