Yay, it's Friday!

Congratulations on getting below 150!! That's a huge accomplishment, you've done an outstanding job!

QOTD: I go to SB on occasion, but it's hard because when I order (quad venti SF vanilla latte) it's 6.88!! That's just crazy! I do stop at this one convenience store called On Cue (So much like a QT if you have those) and sometimes get their decaf, it's marginal at best, but they have whipped cream, and we ALL know how I love whipped cream. BUT... for Christmas I received a Ninja Coffee System... and I have to tell you... I LOVE my own coffee better than anywhere else. I'm all decaf, and have been for like 30 years now... but I LOVE and ADORE my coffee... decaf or not. I get fresh hazlenut cream beans from a local grocery store and make most of my coffee in my Ninja girl

My first picture popped up on my memories when I opened up Facebook today... my kids and my husband... this was before transition, but I don't think he's changed all that much, really. The second picture is the three of them this summer in Cancun. My babies have grown up on me

Accountability: I did OK. I did end up eating my pepperoni, and for some reason felt like I shouldn't have. I ate it more out of boredom than anything else. Boo. I ended up having the meat from two tacos for dinner since I was out. I had two bites of the corn tortilla before I just used a fork and ate it up. One fajita and one beef tongue. Both were pretty yummy (I didn't finish all the meat).

B: Egg salad again (Kelly's now-famous cottage cheese egg salad!)

S: I brought two cheese sticks and a small baggie of pork rinds

L: Egg Salad again

D: These chicken legs need to get cooked, so I guess I need to cook them!

Have a great weekend everyone!

OMG I had it for breakfast today and it's heavenly! I think it requires the Trader Joe's Everything But The Bagel sesame spice seasoning but...

I made a big batch - I used 3 hard-boiled eggs, about 1/2 cup of cottage cheese, and two chopped up pickle spears. Mashed it all up, added a bunch of the TJs spice, and voila. DELICIOUS! I am addicted. I know how I am - I will eat this everyday for two weeks and then be sick of it, but I know I am going to enjoy it for two weeks! It's very filling!

LOL, I am lazy so I am going to copy and paste from yesterday :)

It's really simple...but tasty and adaptable to additions. Usually mine is 1 boiled egg and 1/4 cup cottage cheese, seasoning (usually everything but the bagel) and crumbled bacon if I have some made....and just ma**** all up. Basically subbing the cottage cheese in for mayo.

Mine was very similar to DC's...

Only I used 4 eggs and 1/2C cottage cheese, and 4 SF sweet pickles chopped up... and of course, the EBTB spice... I would have added celery if I had any.

Kelly added BACON to hers, and now I must make it again... because I need more BACON in my life!

I have a Ninja coffee bar. His name is Zeus and we are in love. I need to figure out how to source flavored decaf coffee better. It's hard to find! I drink one cup of regular and then a boat load of decaf.

It is hard to find. I can't find it in any prepacked bags... I have a grocery store that has those big VATS of coffee beans, and they have TWO decaf options... one is a regular roast, and the other is a hazelnut cream. I fill up a bag so full it costs $20 every time I go!

So, I use 4 scoops, the specialty brew, and the full caraffe button... that makes about 20 ounces of nice thick dark brewed coffee... then I add 1/3C of fairlife milk and SF syrup... I love that specialty brew button!
