What's on your menu today (Thursday) RNYers?
We had a great time and walked and walked our butts off. I wish we could still be gone but we had too much to do. We are going to be camping on the 20th and 21st at an area which has great viewing for the Eclipse. Our oldest son and his girlfriend will be down from Minneapolis too. Then we'll be gone to shoots almost all of the month of September. I can't wait!
I forgot to add posting here daily too. It definitely is a habit keeping me on track.
Welcome back!

Hi All. I am back at work today awhile DaisyDoo and Grim get to stay home and play for another day. I feel like the mom who has to work while the kids are on summer vaca :(
But I do feel good about being at work just so I can get into some better food routines. I have allowed myself to be in "vacation mode" and went heavier on the carbs than usual for a few days. My tummy has hurt for almost a week now, too, and I am not sure if that is connected. I keep getting waves of nausea and a general queasy feeling. I am drinking, so I don't think it is dehydration, but I brought extra water with me today in case that's it and I will force myself to drink drink drink.
QOTD: Literally everything is easier now, but the one I think is probably the most helpful is the food journal. I have been logging my food for the better part of 10 years now. I am not on an MFP streak because sometimes I forget to put stuff in until the next day since my menu is often the same from day to day, but I always catch up. I feel really lost when I haven't gotten it in (like today for instance, haha).
B: Iced Coffee & Sous Vide Egg White Bites

They are so good that I googled a recipe and bought myself a sous vide machine. Haha. I haven't made up a batch ahead of time in awhile but I need to get back to doing that (to save money and time). Delish.
I did the same thing! I LOVE the ones from Starbucks... just not their price.
My problem with the ones at home is when I reheat them, they just don't have that same creaminess that the ones from Starbucks have.
I can't figure out what I'm doing wrong
