QOTD: many things are on cruise control. Vitamins- since I switched to some patches, fluids - no****er because there is rarely plain water in there. Just have to make sure it is not all caffeinated... Exercise- I love lifting weights and going to the gym, swimming/pool time right now is easy. Used to love the Beachbody dvds when I did them too. Sometimes I say, Who are you when it comes to exercise? Who is this person? I would like to say the meals and food were on cruise control, but not so much.

Accountability: Snacked all night...not bad stuff because I don't have it in the house. Basically made a second dinner of zoodles carbonara. If it wasn't a second dinner...it would have been a fine meal.

B: Coffee Latte: fairlife/mct oil emiepie's eggsalad

L: Chicken tikki masala, veggie tbd

D: steak, w/mushrooms and onions

S: yogurt and blueberries, Maybe Starbucks Passion tango ice tea with coconut milk, homemade trail mix.

EX: Gym, weightlifting,

I don't drink with meals. I take my vitamins. I eat 3 500mg Chocolate Peanut butter bariatric calcium chews a day. They are my candy.

I'm venturing out in to the heat to eat Mexican tonight. That will be 3 meals for me so the trick is to get some meat that will hold up to that.

Greek yogurt, tuna, and coffee will round things out.

Hello menu friends - late post for me again today.

I met with my niece where she lives and we went for a nice hour-long walk. We were not speed walking or anything, but we did walk at a fairly quick pace. It was unusually chilly this afternoon (only 61 degrees) and we got a small sprinkle of rain while on our walk. Glad it didn't last, but ended up chilly and had to drink a coffee to warm up. Thus the higher carbs and explanation after my totals.

QOTD: I weigh and log my weight everyday. I weigh and log (MFP) everything I eat. I always wait at least a half hour after eating before I drink.

Accountability : I ate on plan yesterday

Menu:

B - 2/3 Protein shake, 1 Tbsp SF creamer, Shrimp w/ ****tail sauce

L - Hickory Tuna Pouch, Spinach salad w/ grape tomato, zucchini, Salsa, Bolthouse ranch 3 Tbsp.

D - Mock Spanish Rice

S - 28 gram beef jerky, Creamer for coffee

Calories - 697, Protein - 96, Carbs - 43

Ranch dressing and creamer - 16.5 carbs...uughhh will not be using this creamer anymore (12 carbs for 2 pkg). I used the creamer at a convenience store...should have checked stats before using it.

Have a great day everyone!!

I have a few ounce of water and two sips of juice, haven't tackled the broth or jello yet! 10 hours post surgery--a little queasy and sore...but great surgeon and care team and thrilled to be going forward! Also really thankful for all of you!
