So I cook things like taco meat (I use beef) and then I portion it out into my little containers and I freeze it. Then it's really easy to microwave it to defrost it...

I must have a thing about canned meat, because canning meat sounds gross to me!

Canned meat sounds gross to me too! Just the thought of having to LOOK at it through the jar kinda grosses me out!

Good Morning, TEENA, and Fellow Menu Peeps!

Lazy morning around my place. Only going to have 3 Short Peeps today. 2 are here, and they are already having their morning "power naps". 3rd one will be here soon. It's raining just enough to make me sleepy, and keep us from going outside, to play...DRAT!!

QOTD: No matter what else I do wrong, I have not drank, with meals or snacks, in over 15 years. I just don't. And I don't eat in the car

S: Greek yogurt

E: Weight lifting tonight, followed by Comedy Club AKA Zumba Class...I think I AM getting slightly more coordinated...I am only taking out HALF the back row, these days...

I'll be over for lunch... that sounds amazing!

I forgot about not drinking... I've actually moved it out from 30 minutes to 45-1hr after I eat... I think it works better for me.

Not eating in the car is a good one! I might throw that one in there as well... most of what I eat is snacky foods that I really don't need anyway!

Not drinking for 30 mins after a meal was major hurdle for me at first but I'm really good with it now. I set the timer on my phone after each meal. I like the idea of 45-1hr after eating. Maybe I'll give it a try. I automatically do after some meals now but definitely not all the time.

I do it more after a bigger meal... like breakfast or dinner... I just still feel kinda full and I don't want to waste that feeling.

Plus I am a machine when it comes to getting in my water, so I know I'm good waiting a bit longer.

Me too! I'm up to about 150oz a day. My goal is to hit 200 oz. Don't know if I'll ever get there.

I too have stuck with the no drinking rule. I don't even think about it.
