What's on your menu today (Wednesday) RNYers?
Good afternoon!
QOTD: I don't know yet. Shopping scares me. I'm used to having a very small selection of things to choose from in my size. As an adult, I've typically worn size 28-32, so you just buy what fits. Now, I'm wearing 18s and a bit overwhelmed at the selection available to me. I don't enjoy it yet, but I hope to someday soon.
B-Premier protein shake
S-Mozzarella stick
L-2 ounce hard salami and 1.5 ounce monterey jack cheese
S-1 ounce beef jerky
D-TBD. I'm not sure what protein-probably turkey burger or chili lime chicken burger and some zucchini

HI,
I like to shop on Wednesday at the Salvation army. They have dollar t-shirts and the best part is I don't feel guilty if I decide to leave them in another country when I am traveling or giving them to charity again. Since I have had weight regain and I am a revision, I have tops in 6-8, 8-10, and pants ranging from size 10 to 20
This time as I go back down in weight, I am going to toss everything in larger sizes and bring them to Salvation army!! Pay it forward.
For food: I made a great crockpot chicken cacciatore. Just thighs and breasts, skinless with canned diced tomatoes, 2 tablespoons of olive oil, garlic, salt pepper, red pepper flake. It was baby butter soft, so I will mush down two ounces of it and eat that for dinner.
Coffee with ISOPURE banana mixed with 4 ounces of 25 calorie almond milk 25 grams protein
2 ounces tuna with FF mayo with 3/4 ounce of shredded lf sharp cheddar melted in 18 grams protein
2 ounces of cacciatore chicken with tb of baked potato 14 grams protein
2 ounces of tilapia with ff sour cream 15 grams protein
4 oz Yogurt with cinnamon and a splenda 11 grams protein
64 ounces water/crystal lite
83 grams protein 555 calories 8 carb grams

Hi All! So happy it's Wednesday, cause it a no workout day for me! Can't wait to get hone and be a sloth.
My favorite place to shop is Macy's, hand down. Its my go to- I can find deals and love the quality. I don;t pay regular price because you know eventually it will go on sale. I hold things on my wishlist to be able to monitor price trends. I don;t need a single thing more for summer, so now I'm anxiously awaiting fall to be able to build that wardrobe out a bit.
197.7 today, 27 months out
M1: 1/2c egg beaters, 2oz ham, banana
M2: 1/2 c. stew peas w/beef
M3: 2 chicken legs (stewed)
M4: turkey burgers/salad, I'll probably have a yogurt after dinner too

Good morning all~ I've been in back to back interviews all morning. I'm not looking forward to telling some staff they did not get the promotion, but I am very pleased with the candidate promoting. It has been so nice having Rob home this week! He is heading up to the bay area early tomorrow morning for one night and back home on Friday evening. Today is my son Jesse's 23rd birthday, man I feel so old!! I'm taking him out to dinner and to the Madonna Inn for cake, it's our tradition. Of course I will only be smelling, not tasting!
QOTD - These days, I'm all over Old Navy. I get such great deals. I am sticking to basics right now and when I find stuff on sale, I will order it in a size down from where ever I am. I only keep a couple of everything on hand. It seems I dropped from 24 to 18, then flew though 18, 16 and now my 14's are fitting but already getting loose so I've ordered size 12. Me, a size 12 almost? Unbelievable. I really wish I did, but I simply have NO patience for discount or thrift stores or listing to sell my clothes. Those are given away to whoever wants them and will take them off my hands!
Accountability - small pouch day, ate about half of my lunch and dinner
8 mo post op
b-coffee w/cream and splenda
l-pepperoni/cheese
d-Olive garden (birthday boys choice) - I have no idea, probably shrimp scampi
v/l on track
e-not today
Have a good day all
