What's on your menu today (Wednesday) RNYers?
Happy Wednesday everyone! Hope you're all having a great day.
I have been doing a lot of shopping lately! I've been lucky to get a lot of things on our local buy and sell but I've also found some great deals from Old Navy and The Gap. I find they send out great promotions. I'm also going to list a bunch of stuff on that same buy and sell this weekend. So what's your favourite place to shop? Do you bargain shop? I can't remember
the last time I bought something for regular price.
Menu:
B: Protein Shake
L: Cold cuts and cheese
D: to be determined
S: Greek yogurt with berries
E: Shift Shop day 3 done last night and day 4 will be done today. Loving this program
Vitamin patches are on.
Oh the 2 youngest kids get back from my mom's today. They've only been gone since Sunday but I really miss them. The house is far too quiet.
Have a great day everyone!

Losing the regain! I got this!
Good morning! I LOVE to bargain shop (almost never pay full price if I can help it). I find that Old Navy is great for casual clothing when on sale. ThredUP.com or Talbots (on sale) are my goto places for work clothing. I like regular visiting good consignment shops too.
16 months postop, 8 months in maintenance.
B: eggbeaters and cottage cheese
L: tuna salad, pickles and cottage cheese
D: 1/2 leftover cheeseburger with veggies
S: ?

Morning!
the only thing I've had to buy full price post op is pants. Dress pants, and jeans. I'm really losing in a top down fashion. I'm in between a 14-16 now, and additionelle seems to be the only place that has pants with a wider thigh, and high enough waist. Oh and bras. The ladies are well deflated, but I still need larger cup sizes to contain them hahha and not many places have small band sizes and large cups.
everything else,I buy on clearance (did I mention my new office is across from a tanger outlet? Yikes!)
accountability: I'm eating on plan, but I got lazy about tracking because I've been eating the same things (I do weigh everything though) but I've gotten back in the habit of entering food in MFP.
Menu:
B: coffee and premier
L: tuna salad
D: tbd but something with shrimp
S: more tuna? ....not very inspiring hahha
have a good one gang!

I should check Additionelle for bras. I'm a 36d now. So far they are not too badly deflated lol. :D I wear a lot of skirts and I can usually wear a 14 and sometimes a 12. Tops are a large but sometimes a medium will fit too.

Oh, I totally relate to constantly having to buy new bras! So frustrating. I can only shop at one place in town because they're the only store that carries my size(s) and it's so expensive - especially when they only fit for a short while haha. There's a website called herroom that sometimes has really good deals and really good brands that are actually comfortable. I highly suggest checking it out if you need a place that has a wide range of styles and sizes etc.

Good morning Teena and all you menu folks!
My size keeps moving so fast that I am mostly shopping at our local thrift stores, Value Village. I do shop at Kohls and Dressbarn for pants and the occasional shirt too. I try to shop for sales, but sometimes if I see something that I really like, I get it anyway.
Menu:
Breakfast: hard boiled egg, 1 oz ham
Snack: Grape protein shake
Lunch: salmon burger
Snack: 2 oz turkey breast
Dinner: Turkey breast, cauliflower
Exercise: long walk, swimming
