Maybe my expectations are too high?

Hi,
Just frustrated. Plateaued so early in this journey. Been stuck for a week at the same weight. My highest weight before liquid diet was 223. Then a liquid diet for a week and I weighed 218. Came home from hospital at 221. Today I weigh 208. I actually gained half a pound in the last week.
Now I now I am a revision and with the start of mushies and soft food people plateau, but 15 pounds in 4 weeks seems low to me. Technically in 3 weeks since surgery, I have only lost 10 lbs. UUUGH.

A stall at 3 weeks is the most normal thing. There are probably thousands of posts on OH about it, and if you search it in the search bar you'll see you are one of many.
Keep in mind revisions lose slower, and I assume from your weight, you are not starting with a BMI over 50, so those really high 10lb a week losses are just not for you. I think you are doing great.
10 pounds in 3 weeks is averaging over 3lbs a week lost (and never to return). Sounds pretty good to me... Don't get frustrated--it's working!
Listen to JB... it's called the Dreaded Three Week Stall for a reason... it's awful!
This too shall pass... and as long as you continue on this journey, you'll hit a few more of Dreaded stalls... but this one is the worst!

Rather stall at just under 200. LOL

Most likely you will stall at 201... for, what will feel like weeks!
At least, that's how it happened to me...
No one said this will be easy... and those that tell you that you took the 'easy way out' with surgery... well they have NO CLUE...

I remember reading a million post before I had surgery about the 3 week stall and thinking to myself..."Duh, why is everyone so freaked out, it happens to everyone!"
...And then it happened to me, and I wondered if I was the one person on earth who could eat 500 calories a day and not lose weight and I panicked, too. Don't worry--you are among friends here who understand.
This is the perfect place for us to vent. People in your real life do not want to hear it. Friends, family, co-workers will all be annoyed if you are always whining (or bragging) about your weight.
Hang in there. Just keep doing what you know you are supposed to do and the weight loss will come.
