Dang! I'm always late the partay! Brutally long day. Houston, TX is brutally hot and humid. We joke, "At least it's a dry heat." Which usually leaves most scratching their head and lookin' at you like you're "teched," or somethin'.

QOTD1: Summer has been unexciting and filled with doctor's appointments and fear of the most recent recurrence scare. I hate it with a passion but hopefully, I will have another 3 years of "freedom" before having to face the next one. It's always sumpin'.

QOTD2: I have different PP flavah faves:

Synthrax: grapefruit; lemon tea; and fuzzy navel (looks down to check my own navel)

Isopure Powder: unflavored in broths, V-8, etc; banana cream

Isopure Clear RTD: arctic punch diluted 50:50 with water with a squeeze of grape and a squeeze of tangerine water enhancers; green tea diluted 50:50 with real decaff tea or herbal tea

Premier Protein RTD: any flavor--yummay!

Menu: 813cals; 69g prot; 44g fat; 19g net carbs

B: Veggie scramble with REAL eggs-yay team! and cauli, super greens, onion, rbp, sunflower seeds

L: Roasted leftover pork, with spinach salad, pistachios and 3zero's Greek dressing

D: Grilled chicken, broccoli with garlic and evoo, avocado/tomato

I don't spend a lot of time in the sun anymore. It will be sunny here until about October and then my favorite days "partly sunny".

I haven't eat much today. I've had coffee and 10 almonds. Nothing sounds good. There will be shrimp and yogurt.

Protein shakes are vile. It's been many many years since I choked one down.
