2 week update post op
I found watermelon a HUGE help those first few weeks after WLS. When I've celebrated Ramadan, I learned to eat a ton of watermelon before dawn to help my body have available liquids during the morning. I skipped the Ramadan celebration this year due to surgery and it will be interesting to try it next year with this tiny little pouch! Keep up the great work!
Exercise: EDITED TO ADD at four months out, I still can't RUN as fast as you're walking now!!!
My goal the first month was to get in 3500 steps a day, 5000/day the second month and 7000/day the third. I ended up being able to manage 5000/day the first month and between 7000/10000 the second but those were in shorter stints. I would walk slowly for 30 minutes at a stretch, several times a day.

2 weeks out here too!
15 lbs down since surgery.
Eating more normal foods now, still being very cautious. Staying on the soft side, and if it is semi soft I chew the heck out of it!
Nothing could possibly taste as good as this feels!
Congrats!!
We DID IT!
