Congratulations! I agree with everything Pamieanne is telling you. I'm 10 months out, below my original goal wearing size 6-8 or S-M and I've set a second goal and will keep going based on all of the advice here. The advice here is in fact what got us all to this point so I figure I should continue taking it even past goal. Also at about the time I hit my original goal my head started playing games with me. I, like you, felt invincible before but unfortunately the food addiction and head stuff does come back especially as the attention and compliments don't come as often or when people begin to express concern that your too thin. Personally I'm taking her advice.

Congratulations on your success!

Thank you for replying!

Time will tell if I can creep below my goal weight.

My Weight Management doctor's goal was 190.

My goal was 175. Very little or no body fat left. Just a lot of excess skin. I am sure that I would easily lose another 10 lbs of that. Lol lol

I will continue what I am doing, but I am already getting the stop losing more weight. "You are too skinny"! Really ???? I am 175 lbs!

I agree with those who have suggested you keep losing weight. Unless you are very tall, 175 is probably still above your ideal weight. Keep working. Good job so far!
