What's on your menu today (Monday) RNYers?
50 oz in so far! And took some ibproufin (trying to use up my supply before surgery)
Thank you! I won't let it go on for too long, I'm mainlining water today, and if I don't feel better by tomorrow I'll get to the doctor. I've only had one before and had to go to the ER, so I definitely don't want it getting that far!

Good morning OH~ I had a very nice relaxing weekend. Although I have had the best of intentions and 'planned' to go as usual for the last 2 weeks, I haven't gone swimming since Wednesday 19th due to not feeling well. I can't wait to get in the water today!
Weird NSV - I can feel bones, joints, sockets and weird skeletal things I never felt or noticed before.
QOTD- Yosemite is the only National Park I've been to as an adult. Honestly, before it was not an enjoyable destination of choice. I already see that has changed and can't wait to go there again and a million other places too.
Accountability: totally on track yesterday - the ravenous monster was gone.
8mo post op - up a few oz putting me at 184 this am
b-coffee w/heavy cream and splenda, bacon
l- chicken salad
d - pizza chicken
v/l-on track
e- 60 lap swim
Have a great day all!!
