Thanks for starting us out today, Janet / Librarian!
Today I have to drive 3 hours to Omaha for my 18 month RNY surgery check-up. It takes about 10 minutes to see the nurse practitioner, so it seems like a waste to drive 3 hours down there and 3 hours back for a 10 minute appointment, but I'll do it.
QOTD: I don't think I've ever been to a National Park before. Gee, that's sad. My favorite park is Cottonmill Lake, a park and lake just outside of my small town here with a beautiful lake, a nature barn, walking trails and lots of trees. It is very pretty.
Accountability: Yesterday's totals: Protein - 85, Calories - 945, Carbs - 62.
