Hi! Hope the rest of the move goes well-have missed seeing you around. Today has been full of errands so far since we are trying to beat the heat since it's going to be 106 this afternoon.

QOTD: If I had to pick one, probably Full House.

Menu: B: latte, eggbeaters, turkey sausage links and 1/2 an orange L: albacore tuna wraps, a little bit of dried ranch seasoned kale and baby carrots S: latte, yogurt with bran, Buddig meat and Brazil nuts and SF Popsicle later D: probably BBQ chicken pizza on low carb lavash and SF pudding

E: run and elliptical this morning

Hi Everyone,

Favorite tv show was most definitely Little House on the Prairie. I also liked Disney on Sundays.

Today was a difficult day. Woke up with the worst possible stomach ache and runs and I am convinced it is the protein shakes so I am going to try Premier instead of the powder shakes I am using to subsidize for protein. It was the first time since surgery where I felt like I absolutely was going to vomit and had ran to the bathroom a bit. So I crushed an IMODIUM ( my doc said ok) and took my anti nausea chewable and feel a bit more human. So here goes

20 ounces protein shake and cf coffee 120 23 grams

Egg beaters 2 oz with tablespoon of chicken puree 100 14 grams¼ ounce cheese

16 ounces water

20 ounces water

Chicken puree 2 oz 75 12

2 oz Salmon mush with teaspoon of mayo and lemon 168 12

Tablespoon of runny mash potatoes mixed in (my doc is fine with this)

Probably yogurt and some more water to hit 64 ounces 50 for yogurt 8

503 calories 6 carbs 69 grams of protein
