LOL is right! I haven't even signed up (though I've been eligible for a long time - I don't even like to ask for senior discounts).

Oh, what sweet "old ladies" they are! They are both SOOO cute and adorable! May you have many more years with them.

Good morning menu folks! I'm late signing in but thanks to Kaksie for starting the thread this morning.

Accountability: In the first time in several months, I missed my walk and other exercise yesterday. My wife had a particularly bad day at work and needed support for the evening. I hated to miss swimming, but sometimes emergencies happen. Also we ordered food and I had the sashimi bowl (no rice) rather than my Trader Joe's swai. Today I will try to get in a walk on the treadmill since there are supposed to be thunderstorms all afternoon.

QOTD: I am a librarian by training, even though I work for the government now, so that is where my nickname came from. My first name is Janet.

This is a picture of our youngest cat, Bijou, who looks very much like JB & Grim's cats. She was very sick when she came to us and this is a picture of her first starting to play. It is one of my favorite pictures of her.

Breakfast: hard boiled egg, 2 ounces of ham

Snack: Grape protein shake

Lunch: turkey breast, cauliflower

Snack: 2 ounces smoked salmon

Dinner: crab cake, asparagus

Exercise: 50 minutes on the treadmill

Good morning all! Woke up with a huge kink in my neck and back, hopefully today is an easier day of clients so don't have to beat my body up too bad. Fingers crossed!

below are pictures of our Sphynx as a kitten and me pre op (260) back in October 2016, a picture of our Sphynx and me last week (165) she's bigger and I'm smaller hahaha! The last one is of Zach and I at our friends' Mexico wedding in April. Wish we could just go back there now!

accountability: yesterday I strayed only slightly - instead of my planned lunch I had a protein water and instead of my planned lunch I decided to try a local business that sells spicy tuna poke'.. ohhh myyy goddd it was so good and I have leftovers for dinner tonight AND a snack!

QOTD: I chose my name because it was easy enough to not forget when I go to login haha.

b: vanilla pp with one tbs of powdered peanut butter and just a splash of sf vanilla syrup

L: 2 5/8 of sliced turkey with 1/2 of a laughing cow creamy Swiss cheese wedge and mustard

d: leftover poke'

s: maybe some lit & fit Greek yogurt or Parmesan crisps

v: patches

e: walking dogs with Zach

feels so good to be back on track! My confidence this week just from eating to my plan has made a huge difference :)
