What's on your menu (Photo Friday) RNYers?
So I've tried several ones, and they are all too strong in flavor for me. I did see a bag of mozzarella moon cheese at a Starbucks once, and I was going to buy it until I found out it was $5 for the little bag! I put it down and got cranky about it.
A friend of mine (who's SMO herself) told me - after I complained about my Cheetos craving this week - that my body was trying to tell me that I needed something in the Cheetos (minerals and vitamins to boot! ) and that I should eat them because my body knows what it needs...
Um, No thank you very much.
It took all the control I have in me not to say something quite contrary to her. I couldn't do it. She will tell you how 'in tune' she is with her body, and at 280+ pounds, can feel it when she looses 3 pounds... I never had that kind of relationship with my body. Ever.

And I used to do that... "Oh, I'm craving a snickers... must need something in it! Eat it! Ooooh look, the family size Cheetos are on sale... my body needs those!"

Cheetos are my true weakness. I haven't had any since surgery, but that is a tough one!

So here are my two fur babies Norman and Samantha better know as Bubba and Sammy. Both adopted. Sam is 2 and a half and Norman is about 12 ish. He is an old soul. Bassett and Chow mix. Sammy is border collie and dachshund.
So for food accountability:
Syntrax Espresso protein and 20 ounces decaf
20 ounces water
Probably 4 2 oz protein sources
Some yogurt protein shake
All vitamins and will try to walk two miles today on the treadmill.
64 oz of water 80 or 90 protein grams and about 575 calories
