What's on your menu (Photo Friday) RNYers?

Good Morning Menu Family!

I know as soon as I post this someone else will post, but since Daisy is away on vacation and so far no one else has started the thread I guess I'll try it.

Photo idea for today: my favorite subject - your pets!

The big dog is Blossom, a mixed breed rescue who has Saint Bernard, Pomeranian, ****er Spaniel and some other breeds in her. The tiny dog is Tippy, a Chihuahua whose owner died and she needed a new home so she came to live with us. I adore these two fur babies!

The second picture is our pet pigeon, "Pigeon" or "Pigie". We found him on a city sidewalk nearly dead on a 104 degree July day at least 20 years ago! We nursed him back to health and tried to set him free, but he kept flying back onto my shoulder and finally flew back to the front door and tried to get back inside the house. He's been our pet ever since. I can't believe he has lived this long!

QOTD: How did you choose your nickname on OH? What is your real name? Do you have a middle name? "Kakesie" is a childhood nickname. My real name is Karen and my middle name is Jen.

Morning!! Happy Friday, my vacation is almost over :-( We did an escape room last night-- we escaped!! It was truly a group effort- cause if it would have been just me-- I'd have given up.

Accountability: did well yesterday, nothing worth speaking of.

Qotd: my OH name has nothing to do with my love of peaches, never have I ever even had peach pie. I was in a few different boards back then and found it easy to keep track of usernames by being various pies; apple pie, peach, pecan etc. I like the anonymity usernames give and prefer not to use my real name much on this site (though many of the regulars likely know it) I never tell my middle name, a woman should have some hint of mystery about her :-)

No scale, no weight. 27 months out

I can't wait to do an escape room! My hubby got a gift certificate for one as one of his birthday gifts.

I did an adventure room with coworkers which is much like the escape room. It was a blast!

We are doing one in November. Our son's grad ceremony isn't until then and that's what we're doing to celebrate. ?

We did an escape room once! It was fun, but I'm fairly certain we'd still be in there if the door hadn't opened on it's own!

I get anxious just reading about an escape room. Nope not me.

I'm a little sad you've never had peach pie.

Good mornig everyone. Wooo we made it to Friday (and for me, a few days of vacation time!). I have a lot left to do at work today to get ready and a lot to do at home to prepare for some exciting house guests we are having tomorrow ;)

Accountability: Barely ate anything yesterday. Too busy.

QOTD: My real first and middle names have the initials J & B. My family has always nicknamed me, JB, so I always choose usernames with JB.

My first pic today is of my two favorite people together, Mom & Grim (the most handsome man on all of OH!), taken last weekend at mom's induction as president of her local Rotary club.
