What's on your menu today (Thursday) RNYers?
Even though it's touted as 'low carb'... it's not allowed in my house on a regular basis... I totally abuse the can.... and I don't mean by huffing it.
I can go through a can in days... add that up and throw it into MFP, and your face will go like this

Hi everyone!
Today is my Tuesday. Yesterday was my Monday and OMG was it a tough one! I had one of those mornings (and most of the day) where I showed up and nothing was done the night before so I had to scramble like a mad woman to play catch up and do everyone's job on top of doing my own... At least it's extra moving around and exercise for me. Hooray for silver linings LOL! That being said, I swear shark week is around the corner so it was really hard to not get super upset/frustrated and "internal rage" eat - I think I did so-so though. Definitely better than I would have done a few days ago thanks to all of you and your support!!!
Accountability: I did have a tiny weeny bit of potato soup when I got home after my turkey roll up for dinner. I knew it was a bad idea on my part but my goal today is to completely stick to the plan and maybe do a little meditation if today turns out to be anything like yesterday. It's all about mindfulness, right?!
QOTD: I have two goals. One is to go to the Landmark Forum with Zach before the end of the year. Everyone I know that has gone says it is LIFE CHANGING and I've been wanting to go for years now. My other goal is to do a 5K race (not that I'm really going to be "racing" anyone) with a group of people. There's one at the end of this month that I'm still debating signing up for but I'm so self conscious and that keeps holding me back. I'll get past that one day soon though.
b: vanilla pp with coffee
L: slices of chicken
S: syntax lemonade
D: turkey roll up
V: patches
E: Jog with the pups and Zach
"we can have results or excuses, we don't get both"
have a great day, everyone!!!

Kathy fixed it for me Apparently I forgot to check the box so it would show up hahaha! I've tried to google more info on the Landmark Forum but it's kind of vague. It's several days long and it's basically about letting go of the past and learning other people's language and how we all process and give/receive differently. Basically, from what I've gathered from close friends and family, it's all about becoming the best version of yourself and letting that version affect others in the best way possible... But I've been told that it's not "culty" so I'm all for it.

Nah, don't be self-conscious about running! I have a friend who did a 10k when she was about 250 lbs. I did a 5k (my one and only) with a coworker who does them all the time. I didn't train much, but I figured, if nothing else, I am probably fit enough to jog/walk for 30-45 minutes. And guess what? I did it, no one looked at me weirdly or like I didn't belong, and while tons of people finished ahead of me, tons finished behind me too. Just do it and enjoy the feeling of accomplishment of how far you have come, and let it motivate you to lose the last 50 lbs! :)
