Same reaction here too! What the hell? The dr. just make sense to me. I have had the same fight on my hands with my Dr. as well. Finally on my last visit she said that she wasn't going to fight with anymore because my weight loss has proven to her that I'm doing well despite her wanting me to more cals and carbs.

Edited to add: I also bring my MFP nutrition printouts to my appointments.

I did mention that I track everything that I eat and that did seem to placate him somewhat. I may need to take evidence if he continues to complain.

Good Morning Daisy and Menu Family!

QOTD: When my daughter, Saralisa, was little, I made up a children's story that I used to tell her. I have a "Write & illustrate your own children's book" kit and I want to write down and illustrate it and have it made into a book for her. I've been putting off starting on it because I don't want to ruin any of the pages, but I need to "Just DO it!" That's just one of my goals. I have many unfinished projects that I need to do.

Accountability: I'm at 160 lbs. (20 lbs. below my goal weight), and still trying to lose a bit more. Yesterday: Protein - 64, Calories - 1,015, Carbs - 108.

B: Prosciutto & mozzarella sticks

L: 2 hot dogs

D: hamburger patty w/ melted cheese, corn on cob

S: light & fit Greek yogurt

E: Walking Blossom around the subdivision
