First of all {{hugs}} ...you have a lot going on. Take a deep breath with your sister, emotions run high when people pass and some people act stupider than others. My sister is that one in the family...
About the dizzy and shaky...could you be having low blood sugar issues? I don't know how much you are eating...and we have a tendency the first year lower is better... and I don't notice you mentioning snacks/more meals (they are really the same), maybe you need to add an extra small meal or two and be careful to not go too long without eating. Just a thought to consider.

I am not RNY'd yet... but this is what I had today. Coffee with sugar free Italian Sweet Cream Creamer, 1 oikos peanut butter banana zero greek yogurt (Yum!), my lunch is.. remainder of Hormel Chili with NO beans with left over taco meat (crumbled ground beef no seasoning) with diced onions and tomatos, and a couple dashes of hot sauce, then for afternoon break I have a Premier Protein Chocolate drink. Does that seem to fit into the RNY approved diet? Dinner will probably something light.

I'm pre-op too! Do you have a surgery date? Mine likely won't be until at least January, but trying to make good habits during this time.

I keep thinking... I could be 30 lbs lighter by October, I could be 50 lbs lighter by Christmas. That is super exciting!!
I would like to change the information at the bottom of my post, because my surgery date is wrong. I cannot remember how to change that information. grrr.

Yeah the technical stuff with this forum is a bit hard to figure out. I gat a ticker, but it doesn't post it from my phone, and I don't know how to add the stuff at the bottom either.
I keep thinking...I'll be a whole lot thinner this time next year! It's exciting to think about! I saw that one of my favorite plus size stores had some cute new stuff and almost bought a few things befor thinking...I won't be wearing it for too much longer. May as well not buy any new clothes for a while.

Funny you say that.. I was just looking at a couple cute tops the other day at a Plus size store and stopped myself too. I cannot wait till I can buy regular sizes again. I don't know if regular size people know this.. but plus size clothes are more expensive and they all look frumpy. My Mom is very petite and 73, her clothes are much more trendy than the stuff for me. Ugh. Even in the thrift stores.. the plus section is very limited and it looks like things that my Grandma would wear. Just frustrating all around.
Yes.. next year it will be a whole different set of posts... Cannot wait to post my Small Victories!!!

Binge eater here too. Before bed is the worst. I'm working on making myself a cup of herbal tea if I have urges to go to the kitchen. Some nights I drink a LOT of tea, but it's helping. Also helps that my husband is post-op and we don't have anything I want to binge on in the house. Unless I want to eat a pound of cheese or something.
