Good morning!
I must admit I laughed out loud at the armrest thing. Not a question I thought I'd read and think about, LOL. It puts me in mind of the last time I felt awful for being a huge man in a small space. My wife and I flew out west for a wedding. As I made my way down the aisle of the plane, which was annoying enough, I found my seat in a 3-seat row. There was a bigger guy than me jammed in by the window, and this little fella sitting there in the middle seat. I looked at him and the look on his face was sheer terror. I chuckled a little bit to myself (inside voice) but I felt so bad for him as I sat down. He had NO armrest, stuck between two clydesdales for a 5 hour flight. I apologized and did my best to lean away from him. He requested a different seat, and I understood as they were able to accommodate him. It was still a stressful moment and further cemented my decision to do this whole thing. Now of course, I sit down and even at my current weight, don't touch either armrest. I found this out at a ball game recently, and the seats are similar.
My menu:
B: protein shake (the last one in the bottle, now I'm flipping over to regular food source for a while)
MS: 1/2 cup cottage cheese, 1.5 oz strawberries/blueberries mixed
L: 1/3 cup turkey with a laughing cow cheese, a handful of veggies
AS: Same as MS
S: 1/2 chicken breast with steamed cauliflower and broccoli
ES: decaf coffee, maybe 2 if I'm feeling saucy.
All water, vitamins etc.
Exercise: Rode my bike to work today, will ride to the gym after work, 30 minutes of the elliptical and I trying to kill each other again, 30 minutes of weight lifting, ride home. 1 hour of beach volleyball followed by 2 hours of drumming in preparation for an upcoming show with the band.

Remember, no matter where you go.......there you are.
Takes a bow
I first heard that term when I started biking regularly and joined an online forum on cycle commuting. Apparently it's a term for a big guy on a bike, which I found HILARIOUS. Years ago, despite my size, my normal sized friends and I all rode mountain bikes on local trails. They'd all fly through with ease.....and I would often appear at the end of the trail dragging saplings, covered in mud and sometimes blood, all sorts of stuff stuck in my bike, the occasional injury or broken something-or-other on my bike. But I always had fun. I was the noisiest so they could always tell roughly where I was.
Lots o laughs.
