What's on your menu today (Wednesday) RNYers?
Be confident in knowing that you're doing a fabulous job! Since you know what the last office manager made, is that number in line with what you see yourself worth? If so, then keep your numbers in that range, but you should always push just a bit higher (in the long run, if you get it, it'll make you feel better about yourself knowing you are making more). Go into the negotiations with a list (mentally or physically) of all of the things you've accomplished and all of your skills. Put yourself up on the biggest pedestal you can, and be strong! You've got this!!
AND... most importantly... LET US KNOW HOW IT GOES!!!

QOTD: I always owned the arm rest because I was too big for the seat, but now on the train, I notice that I take much less space.

Morning folks! The water park was so much fun yesterday. Today we start on the 2nd part of our journey down to see my parents. I'm looking forward to it. Should take us about 6 hours. I'm especially glad we'll no longer be living off of 'road food'. Even my sons said they are tired of eating out and want a home cooked meal. Hubby and I had the best Mexican we've ever had last night- when it's a quality meal I don't feel so badly about it.
qotd: i never really paid attention to who has or should have the armrest. My arms are usually on/in my lap anyway.
Accountability: so I woke in a panic this morning feeling like I've undonethe past 26 months of hard work in these past 2 days. Not having a scale to monitor my weight leaves the mind to lean towards worst case scenario. Next few days will be easier- since I'll have a kitchen/supermarket at my disposal. So I may as well get back on my usual routine now.
No scale, no weight 26 months out
m1-4: clueless. No hotel breakfast, so we'll probably eat at one the trillion of pancake/waffles houses around here. (Eggs for me). I have Packets left to make protein shakes, will do that for the road trip. And I'm sure my parents will have a dinner waiting for us- they've been good about being mindful of how I need to eat.
