Day 3 of my reboot! So far so good, and my sodium intake is much lower than the last two days. I switched out my Unjury afternoon chicken soup for a Premier Protein Chocolate Shake (dang, those are GOOD! Just bought today!)
B: Turkey patty with over-easy egg and 1/4 avocado
S: 4 oz coffee with FF milk

I've made lovely friends here and some I've been lucky enough to meet in rt. Talking about OH with my wife is like when she talks about jazzzzzzz.
Today
Cold brew,mozzarella, pepperoni (I nuke them for about 40 seconds on a papetowel..lots of fat drains off).yogurt,blueberries,and there is a pressure cooker cooking up vegetables. I'll add a little meat to mine. Maybe an apple.
Late late post for me today. Hung out with my aunt, her grand daughter and my niece today. We took them out for lunch and then to the swimming pool. The girls had a ton of fun and my aunt and I got to have a nice visit.
QOTD: I talk alot about the OH web site, but usually just in general terms, not so much about specific people.
