I hate those fat nightmares too. For me it'd be something like we'd be in a lifeboat but I would be thrown overboard cuz I was making the boat sink. Or if I'd have to be carried out anywhere I would be left behind because I was too big for someone to carry.

I just had my first fat nightmare :( I woke up expecting my face to be the face I had at 350 lbs because it was so vivid in the dream. It definitely freaked me out, and I have a plate full of lean protein next to me for breakfast - not a carb in sight! LOL.
