What's on your menu today (Monday) RNYers
Count me in too. My scale finally went down a pound today after 8 days of fluctuation (but never getting under my lowest weight).

Good morning! Four days until vacation for us tooooo! I am so excited for you guys to here here :) We have so much fun planned!
FYI, I'm pretty sure that IKEA calories don't count. I mean you had to walk at least 7 or 8 miles to get to the end of the store where they sell the cinnamon buns, right?? That's what I tell myself, anyway! Haha. #thisiswhyiwasfat
Accountability: OY. I ate Chinese Food and a candy bar. Whomp whomp.
QOTD: I am lucky that I don't usually get them, but sometimes I get them from allergies and I know that there are some smells that trigger migraines for me. It's weird but that "fake pine" smell that comes in cleaning products makes me really sick every time.
2 years post op / didn't weigh in this morning / trying to lose a few!
B: Mocha Protein Coffee, Egg whites with veggies & cheese
S: Iced Coffee with Milk
L: Chicken Skewer with plain Greek Yogurt (as sour cream)
S: Cheese Whisps
D: 2 Salami & Cheese Rollups
Totals: 709 calories / 68 protein / 34 carb
The Chinese food was meat on a stick. The stick doesn't add any calories.
And the candy bar? You worked for that.

Good morning menu friends. So sad the weekend is over. I need much more vacation I think!
We went to a family BBQ and birthday party yesterday. We had so much fun. Love family time- and when family happens to also be your closest friends, it's pretty awesome. Rosie and Kevin have a guest book and they're great about getting it signed. My daughter filled in the last space last night and we had a fun few minutes looking back to when Charles and I were dating, then married and then with our first baby. It was getting late so we didn't have time to look for the 1st visits for the other 2. And we laughed at how often our names appeared.
Today I'm meeting an old school friend for lunch. I'm really excited to see her. We went to school together from grade 4 to grade 9 and always stayed close through high school even though I changed schools. I haven't seen her since my wedding 21 years ago. We are going to a Thai place. They have a great stir fry and I get it without rice.
Accountability: I did well at the BBQ but I did have some pineapple and grapes that I normally wouldn't have eaten. The scale was stuck between 197 and 199 for 2 weeks but I was down to 195.8 yesterday and stayed the same today. 1 lb to go before I hit 100 lbs lost!
Menu
B: Protein shake
L: Chicken or shrimp stir fry
D: BBQ either chicken breast or ribs
E- Round 1 of shift shop starts tonight
Have a great day everyone!

Morning folks! 1st full day on vacation. Enjoyed the beach yesterday- on to Bush Gardens today. Just finished up a run on the beach- it was beautiful!
Accountabilty: we went to a seafood buffet and while all my choices were easily protein forward, I ate way too much. I felt yucky afterward and laid down. We typically have one big (pricey) meal per trip and last night was it. I'll keep it simple with other meals. I did eat some Doritos, but hey- its vacation!
Qotd: very rarely get headaches, never had a migraine. Obnoxious scents or tension (from a tight hat or a wig) will give me a headache.
No scale, no weight. 26 months out
m1: scrambled eggs, 3.5 links of sausage 1/4 waffle.
m2: protein shake
m3-4??

It's Monday! UGH... Rainy and cool here today which I guess is a good day for work I am busy working on some quarterly reports so I will just put on some music I like and keep my little head down and work, work, work, work as Rihanna says...I wonder how long I can keep my phone on do not disturb before the receptionist comes down and tells me someone needs me!
QOTD: I am a migraine sufferer mine a triggered by being tired and some scents can trigger them as well. It took years to finally find a maintenance medicine that worked on me and it worked for years and then when it stopped working it took a long time to find another medicine that works. Unfortunately my daughter inherited getting migraines from me but hers are much worse poor girl.
My food plan for the day:
B: Bacon, Hard boiled egg white, & the last of the grapes
L: cheese stick with salami cottage cheese
S: Yogurt
D: pulled pork... my brother did some practicing yesterday...
Have a great day all!
