I need to work harder on mindfulness and behaviour. I love the exercise but have injured myself a few times. I believe as well coming on OH keeps in check. I'm having a lazy start to my day so need to cracking lol

Good morning! Happy weekend. Today we continue to celebrate hubby's 40th with a little pizza get together/party tonight and getting the little stuff together that Em and I need for our quick amusement park getaway tomorrow.

QOTD: I think it's awesome that you start your day quietly- I should try that. For me, I think it's exercise and crocheting.

Menu: B: latte, eggbeaters, turkey sausage and 1/2 an orange L: TBD S:latte, yogurt, Buddig meat and Brazil nuts D: TBD, but most likely I'll get some sort of salad at the restraurant that we are having the party at- it just sounds appetizing to eat the topping off pizza at the moment.

E: 6 miles on threadmill and 1/2 an hour elliptical this morning

W/V on track.

I love to crochet and knit as well. They are very relaxing and I'm happy to see that someone else does it.

Good morning weekend peeps~ Today will be a mellow day. Taking the dogs to the dog park and grocery shopping is about it for me. Was hoping to have a nice date night dinner with a fire and a good movie with Rob last night but had to postpone until tonight. We shall see how I feel then...

Accountability - I was sooooo sick (stomach) yesterday that I didn't eat anything and dropped 3 pounds. I am still not feeling good today. Pounding liquids and eating popsicles like you would not believe to stay hydrated.

QOTD - I've incorporated daily weighing (I need this), food journal (MVP now) daily, reading and posting in OH daily, exercise and heightened activity (less couch, stairs, walking further, extra trips, small walks...) daily, which leads me of mindfulness of my behaviors and the serious changes I've made already. The change in my feelings about food in general is still quite amazing, the physical changes are as well.

8 mo post op - 189.6 today, wow.

b-so far I've had coffee and water - not sure what else at this point, still not feeling well and not interested. Will continue to pound the fluids all day.

Good Morning Menu Friends:

Lazy weekend planned. My son's desk & chair will be delivered today. Laundry is in the schedule.

ACCOUNTABILITY: Switched menu out but remained protein forward and within calories

QOTD: Weighing every morning and logging my meals on MFP keeps me accountable. Coming to OH daily reminds me that I am in good company!

M1: lots of decaf with vanilla protein shake

M2: peach yogurt w/sausage link

M3: chili w/sausage link

M4: tilapia fish

Vits: Yes

Fluids: Yes

Exercise: probably not
