any tips?
my sugery is next month..ive already made a ton of life changes and im down 21 lbs pre surgery... im tryng to get advice on shakes..i just started introducing them into my diet to prepare for the surgery.. ive looked up some samples but i want a variety of flavors and im not having luck finding anything thats not chocolate or vanilla... any advice?
Syntrax Nectar makes lots of different flavors and they sell a variety pack so you can try different ones. Also, Unjury sells a chickens soup protein that's really good when you get sick of sweet. They also have unflavored which can be added to things. Just keep in mind what you like prior to surgery can change after surgery so I wouldn't buy a ton of stuff but it's good to try things so you have an idea before hand.

OMG I was on a two week liquid diet before surgery and a two week liquid diet after surgery and I got soooo tired of shakes! Especially sweet ones. My go-to was Unjury Chicken Soup flavor protein powder that I would whisk into warm water made with bouillon.
