Hi all
yesterday was good, went to two back to back yoga classes first was kundalini for 30 min and the second was a work week wind down which I LOVE. Kind of like restorative. then i grabbed a mcd's decaf coffee and taco bell for hubs and headed home. did my nails last nigth, they are very feminine with roses. will send pic tomm.
Accountability: hmmm this is a gray area for me, I had yogurt last night with some powdered pb, SF jello, and for dinner had bone broth with cottage cheese and a spoon of salsa in it before heating. I'm pretty happy with this and for the most part have stayed close to liquids or 'slider'. we will see if I get yelled at today at DR office. Appt at 11.
QOTD: yes I see wierd face in things. I had a piece of art in my living room and it looked like a creepy face. I'm glad it is no longer part f my artwork now, lol
food, liquids until I see DR then we will see from there.

Good Morning Daisy and Menu Family!
Yesterday it was 102 degrees outside! Whew! I took Blossom for her walk early in the morning before it got too hot, although it was already pretty hot and humid at 9 am. We're going to go early this morning, too. I stubbed my little toe and I think it may be sprained or broken so I don't know how long of a walk we will do this morning. We'll see how the pain is.
QOTD: I see faces and animals and other things in random objects all the time.
Accountability: Protein - 60, Calories - 1,060, Carbs - 89.
My daughter is away at Royal Family Kids Camp this week and I haven't been able to talk to her so I've been a little lonely and bored, but I haven't turned to food. YAY!
