I have always seen things in clouds, patterns, etc. When I was a kid, we spent summers at our place on a lake in the country. I vividly recall dragging blankets out to lie in the grass with my mom and brother (the blankets always smelled intensely of mothballs after their winter storage), gazing up at the beautiful blue sky and taking turns pointing out to each other the dragons, angels, birds, faces, pirate ships, etc. that we saw in the clouds. It's a lovely memory.
Accountability: had 2 SF popsicles last night. Not terrible, but I think when this current box is gone, I will not repurchase for a while. Makes my stomach feel uncomfortably cold, which is weird.
First: Cinnamon PP
B: 1.5 oz chicken thigh/cottage cheese
L: 1.5 oz Buddig ham/cheddar, warmed
D: 1.5 oz Buddig Turkey/cheddare

I'm liking the water w an herbal teabag. Still have to focus on drinking more.
Walking today, but mostly in the evening after sunset.
Late to the party again. I got hooked up to a Holter monitor today and will be wearing it for 24 hours so the cardiologist can determine if she wants to adjust my A-Fib meds.
QOTD: I see faces in things all the time.
Accountability: did have 1 drink with friends and ate just little of a shrimp appetizer that we shared and I did not eat my Dinner afterwards. So the calories were a little higher than planned and protein were a little lower than planned but all in all still ok.

S -3.5 oz. Shrimp w/ ****tail sauce
S2 - spinach, grape tomatoes, mini cucumber, dressing
Calories - 686, Protein - 116, Carbs - 24

So late to the party but I'm here! LOL!

Accountability: Last night I unexpectedly had to go out for a good part of the evening so I was not home for dinner. I ended having to stop and get a salad with tuna. There was enough on tuna on the salad to cover my protein needs and I had a couple forkuls of salad. Then when I got home had 2 forkfuls of broccoli rabe.
B: 2eggs, turkey breakfast sausage, 1/2 slice of cheese
L:3oz turkey breast
S: 1 1/2 oz turkey breast, 1/2oz proscuitto di parma
D: 2 oz tuna, 1 1/2 pork loin, 2 forkfuls broccoli rabe
S: plain chobani yogurt
Cals:637, Carbs:8, Protein:92
