Good morning! Happy Friday-eve! Quick post today (through Tuesday since I'm on vacation for a few days celebrating hubby's birthday). QOTD: yes, I totally see faces and stuff.
Menu: B: latte, eggbeaters, turkey sausage and 1/2 an orange L: skinny tacos at Cheesecake Factory S:latte, yogurt, Buddig meat pack, and Brazil nuts D: TBD
E: 6 miles on treadmill and 30 on elliptical this morning W/V on track

QOTD: yes! I see faces everywhere. Most notably though, I remember my grandma had a weird faux-marble wallpaper with gold marbling. When I went in there to have a sit, I always saw a swaddled baby with an onion head.
accountability: on plan yesterday!
breakfast today: Greek L&F and a skinny iced latte from Scooters. I prefer SB, but there's a Scooters right beside my office.
Snack: 1/2 C cherries
lunch: chicken salad with lettuce wraps
snack: small homemade shredded pork tamale.
dinner: not sure, but I need to finish up the chicken salad (DH isn't helping me eat it like I thought he would), so probably more of that.

Yesterday was much better for my son walking home--he remembered to text me when leaving the park and when he got in the house. He did catch the bus home and remembered his stop.
ACCOUNTABILITY: Switched out meals at home but still on target--no junk!

Your menu always looks so delish. We seriously share taste buds, girl! Way to go on no snacking last night! I also didn't snack since dinner inexplicably gave me the foamies (it still happens sometimes). Dinner was 1.5 pieces of small perch (fish), half of a piece of cornbread muffin, and a few spoonfuls of coleslaw. And up came the coleslaw. Who knows.
Menu today:
B: Coffee with cream; 2% cottage cheese
L: A new Aidell's poblano pepper and queso fresco chicken burger I got at Costco. 4 carbs, 16 g of protein, 230 calories. They look delicious, and are already cooked so I will pan saute it for 6 minutes. And maybe add some salsa and sour cream.
D: It's Thursday turkey taco night! Ground turkey, seasoning, Mexican cheese, sour cream, maybe avocado
E: None! It's 100 here. I can't deal.
Patches are on, and I am onto my second 32 oz water jug.

Hi everyone! Lying low today... A heat warning on. Think I'll go out Saturday when it will only be 92 . Otherwise am feeling much better. My pouch seems to have settled down. Didn't sleep much last night but besides burping my brains out feeling great. One weird thing...yesterday I ate very little and was up two lbs today!
B 1/4 cup of cottage cheese
L slices of provolone cheese
S wedge of babybell maybe some hummus
D egg salad: HB egg cottage cheese garlic salt and curry
A little heavy on dairy products... Trying not to bother my stomach.
