What's on your Menu today (Wednesday) RNYers?
To do the boil at the beginning? Only about 90 minutes. Then it takes about 90 minutes to cool down to 110. Then I out it back in for the YOGU cycle and I set that to 10 hours.

With the fairlife, you can just start from cold and hit yogurt button... no 180 degrees needed. Actually 180 isn't really needed for any milk, it is pastuerized already. I made yogurt for years before I got the IP.

I just went back and looked at the recipe I started with when I first made IP yogurt from This Old Gal. She talks about whisking during the boil cycle to get it to heat to 180 faster. I've never done this but I bet is works great. I like her tips.

Chris, I just love your positivity and approach. I know I rarely post on the thread anymore, but I do try to read, and you always radiate kindness. Congrats on the 2 lbs loss. Like you, I started at a high weight and I often felt overwhelmed by how much I had to lose. But you seem to be really sticking with the high protein, low carb diet and are doing awesome. Way to go :)
You are doing great Chris!
