Morning WLS peeps! How is everyone? I am great, tired, went to bed a bit late, my own fault, mental note get in bed at a decent time tonight. Another super hot, humid day here, makes being outside ugly.
Accountability: stayed on plan yesterday, didn't eat evening yogurt, was not hungry. I for sure have figured out what my "pattern" is. When I am busy its easy to not mindlessly eat or eat out of boredom. Last two nights I have worked out for 2+ hours at the gym then I get home, make dinner, eat it and pretty much go to bed. Tonight is not a gym night so should be interesting if I can stay out of the kitchen/cupboards.
QOTD: How often do you get to see the sunrise or sunset? This time of year I see both almost daily. As I type this I am on the train into work and the sun is rising, its gorgeous, this huge red ball and the sky is all pink and so pretty, here is a pic below, does not do it justice how beautiful it is in real life. I see the sunset often, I am usually in my backyard with the dogs at that time of the evening, its so nice.

Good morning menu folks! It's another super hot day with the Heat Index above 100. I normally stay indoors on days like this but this is our department picnic and I am headed out for a few hours at the middle of the day.
I will get in a short walk in the morning, but I'd like to get in some extra pool time to cool down after the picnic.
Accountability: Yesterday was a $%&* it day for me. The first one that I've had since surgery. I was in a bad mood and I ended up not going to the gym. I did go to water aerobics in the evening, though and that was just the attitude adjustment that I needed. I also ate off plan for lunch. I ate a small portion of chicken tenders rather than the fish that I had brought for lunch. By afternoon snack I was back on track, though, so my hop off the wagon was a short one.
Breakfast: hard boiled egg, turkey sausage
Snack: Lemonade protein shake
Lunch: ? something protein, but I don't know what they are having at the picnic
Snack: LF String cheese
Dinner: TJ's Soy ginger cod, cauliflower
Exercise: short walk, swimming

Where do you live? I'm in the Oklahoma City area, and it seems you and I have very similar weather! LOL
I find that I like the heat now, although, I'm not one to go out and exercise in it, I do do outside chores in the heat...

How is TJ's soy ginger cod? I was just looking at that the other day and almost bought it.

This is the first time that I've gotten the soy ginger cod, and I like it. I do like the Vera Cruz swai alot too. Both are easy to make even in the microwave.

Morning all, it's 6:30am, I already had a one hour commute and I am sitting in the office. Today is day 1 of all-day presentations and I am a little nervous...so I got here early to do a little extra prep.
Accountability: I was too busy to eat much yesterday (I agree... busy = no hunger!). I only had 1/2 of my lunch and 1/2 of the shake I bought yesterday. But I had some pop chips when I came home, so not a perfect day. I ended the day at 820 calories / 98 protein / 65 carbs. My saner mind threw away the rest of the pop chips this morning.
QOTD: Yep I see both every day unless I go to bed at 8pm which happens on some days when I get up at 4am. Your train pic is beautiful! I was just telling Grim how pretty the boats looked on the water with the sunrise this morning while I was stuck on the highway... At least it was a pretty view!
