Good morning menu folks! It's another hot and humid day here, and I am staying in the AC as much as possible. I will forego the outdoor walk again in favor of the gym. Also tonight is deep water aerobics.
Accountability: I had more calories yesterday because I ended up having a hamburger (no bun) for dinner.
QOTD: I wear basic black or navy bottoms and then a colored top usually. That hasn't changed.
Breakfast: hard boiled egg, turkey sausage
Snack: Lemonade protein shake
Lunch: TJ's Vera Cruz swai
Snack: 2 ounces Turkey breast
Dinner: shrimp, broccoli
Exercise: 45 min in the gym, deep water aerobics

Good morning! It is humid here too and kind of foggy this morning. I unfortunately started going into menopause in my early 40's and all had ceased by 46. In the last "round" I stopped for 9 months, then had one, then stopped forever. I knew I was really done after the last one because my facial hair changed (more, but luckily it is blonde). Hot Flashes!!! Awful for years, especially at night or if it was hot. They have finally trailed off (over 15 years later), but I still get a few at night if it is warm. My PCP says some women never stop getting them. I guess that's me - great (not). But they are not as severe as when I was young. Then my stomach would churn, I would flush, then sweat bullets. Really lovely! I bet the guys are skipping reading this...
QOTD: Yes, my clothes were mostly black and grey pre-WLS. Now I might wear black pants or a skirt I try to use a lot of color. I have bought a lot of colorful stuff since I made goal.

It's going to be hot and very humid here since it poured rain last night. I will take Blossom for her walk early this morning before it gets unbearable outside.

QOTD: I think I've always liked colors. Jeans or black pants on the bottom and colorful, pastel or print shirts on top.
