I am glad the water pill is helping. I know it seems counter-intuitive but my doc tells me to drink extra water when I take my water pill-so watch for dehydration.

I have been pushing fluids, since I'm not the best on getting it all on a regular basis. It's helped, I think.

Yep me too. I have drink a lot of extra water due to taking my water pill. I'm still trying to work myself up to 200 oz a day. Right now I'm at about 150 oz.

I'm happy to hear the medication is working for you. I have to take a water pill too. Even with that on hot humid days I still get swollen feet. It takes a while to get rid of it for me.

Morning all! Sorry about your carb fest. I wasn't too bad, but for some reason my weight is WAY beyond my high point in comfort maintenance. Today I am officially the fattest I have been since I hit goal and I am super upset :(

And I know this is going to sound really shallow, but I have a bunch of presentations to give in front of large groups this week and I don't want to do it feeling so self-conscious! My really big presentation to over 1000 people is on August 11, so that is my date to get back to the low end of comfort in maintenance, otherwise I am going to lose focus.

QOTD: Less for sure. I used to look like someone was beating me up! My iron is still really low but it is better than it was.

If it was my health I was worried about I wouldn't feel shallow.
