What's on your Saturday menu RNYers?
Hello all. Late start today, I am covering a shift tonight for a co-worker so I stayed up way post my bedtime last night so I could sleep late today.
Looking at all of the before and after pictures yesterday was awe inspiring.
QOTD: I feel more confident now than I did before starting my journey. I put in for a different job at work last week. Something I never would have tried for before. I should hear something on Monday or Tuesday. I am ok if I don't get the job, because I really like my current job, but the other job is more $, and I will like that job too.
Today's menu:
B - 3.5 oz Smoked salmon, sugar free coffee creamer
L - 3.8 oz Shrimp, ****tail sauce, spinach,7 grape tomatoes, Light Italian dressing
D - Salmon Burger, Baby Bella mushrooms, laughing cow cheese wedge
S - 3.5 oz. Pork loin (bbq)
S2 - 3.8 oz. Shrimp, ****tail sauce
Calories - 664, Protein - 101, Carbs - 24

Hello everyone,
I did all of my cooking for next week today because tomorrow I'll be trying a new smoked pulled pork recipe so I will out at my smoker all day and that can take anywhere from 7 to 12hrs. I will be grilling a rib eye tomorrow while I'm out there.
QOTD: I still have long way to go but I'm am starting to feel much more comfortable around people again. I'm also regaining my confidence. If someone doesn't like the way I look then the hell with them! LOL!

Happy Saturday! My usual late weekend post. I had my hair appt this morning and other errands.
All the posts yesterday were amazing. QOTD: I feel I am more confident.
Menu: B: latte, eggbbeaters, turkey sausage links and 1/2 and orange L: salad at one on the "flash" pizza places called Pieology- spicy chicken breast, meatballs and blue cheese crumbles S: latte, yogurt, and Buddig meat D: rest of my salad from lunch
E: 6 mile run and 30 mins elliptical
W/V on track
I hope all are enjoying the weekend.
QOTD: I am more outgoing since surgery. I have stopped seeing several family members. I am tired of their problems. Maybe I feel I am dealing with mine, you need to deal with yours??
B: 1/2 PP shake, 1 bananna
E: 44 mile bike club ride. (added 14 miles and 2mph faster since day before)
L: insides of Tim Hortons bacon turkey club (with everyone in the bike club eating muffins and donuts)
D: 2 TJ Mahi mahi burgers
Snack: 1 PP with coffees, pretzels
Goal: 2 weeks without candy so next goal is to slow down on pretzels and not buy any more pretzels
Weight: 137, at high end I hope it is due to BM issue and added exercise in the sun causing water retention

I am late this afternoon. Busy organizing things, planning my August trip (San Diego, I think) & binge watching Miss Fisher's Mysteries.
QOTD: My personality is the same. Outgoing & outspoken, strong & confident. I don't handle male attention very well at all-- still the wallflower but now I can't use my body as a shield.
ACCOUNTABILITY: stayed on plan for once

M2: Grits w/scoop of unflavored isopure with cheese and chicken sausage link

People are nicer to you when you are slimmer. I've been on both sides a couple of times. Holding the elevator or just more smiles. It's real and it can be annoying.
My personality didn't really change.
Today I've had an egg, turkey sausage, and a little cup of black beans. I have great small bowls and plates. I'm needing more fiber in my diet. Trying to find ways to add it in.
Yogurt and tuna are in the future today.
