Late to the party again today.
QOTD: I believe that OH is why I am doing so well, both before and after surgery. I started lurking during my pre-op diet, I read the menu thread everyday even if once in a while I don't get my menu posted. OH has given me accountability, encouragement, and answers to many questions.
I had several errands to run after work this morning, and I am finally heading to bed.
Today's menu:
B - Protein Shake
L - peppered beef stick, small salad, 8 grape tomatoes, salsa/ranch dressing
D - Salmon Burger
S- 2.8 oz. Grilled rib meat
S- iced coffee, sugar free creamer
Calories - 605, Protein - 87, Carbs - 17
First picture is a two months before I started my diet. The after picture is from three days ago.
You will have to ignore the goofy look on my face..I'm not sure what I was doing there. I didn't look at the picture after my niece took it until I got home later that day.
