I swam laps for an hour yesterday, and will go for a walk at the fairgrounds later today. There's supposed to be music at the park, so that should be fun if the rain holds off.
QOTD: OH gave me new friends, much needed info, super support, a place to be obsessive about my wls, and accountability.
I don't post here every day; I often post on the Canadian forum but pop in here about once a week.
Accountability; great with protein, carbs, water yesterday; stayed on plan. Today, not so great; it's already after 3 PM and I've only had some premier protein so far today. I have a lot of restriction today.
Breakfast: 2 decaf with 120 ml (half a cup) premier protein.
Lunch (very late): 1/2 cup plain Greek Yogurt with 6 small-med strawberries cut up and added to it.
Supper: Chicken
Snacks: Beef Jerky (I have a batch in the dehydrator and it smells yummy; can't wait), Babybel Light cheese, 1 cup Smartfood popcorn.
Totals: 533 cal/26carb/23 fat/4 fibre/59 protein/13 sugar. I'll be 1 gram short on my protein so I may just eat another piece of jerky, lol.
Before and after pics; the first shows last summer vs today (I still have about 60 Lbs more to lose, maybe more; we'll see how it goes, lol). The second was this past Christmas vs. last week).
