Welcome to Friday! Wheee! Another weekend to enjoy. Looking forward to it. Planning to try to throw together a garage sale tomorrow. I know most folks plan way in advance and I would like to have done that but if I wait until I do that I will never actually get out there and do the garage sale. So... I'm doing it! Should be miserably hot and fun.
DD...wow you look so great. You look like you aged in reverse! Amazing.
QOTD: Obesity Help (OH) has given me...information about the nuts and bolts of real everyday living with RNY, the chance to be successful because of that information, the accountability that helps me stay on track, and a place to talk about all things WLS related when my family is just bored with it. I love the connections here! Especially the friendships. Pammie...I'm lookin' at you Sister!!

Photo Friday: Before & After Edition
This is from a trip to Alaska in 2014. I weighed around 265 which was my starting weight. I probably weighed more than that but at the time I rarely if ever got on a scale. I know I was wearing a 3X shirt and size 20 jeans at the time.
This is this morning just a few minutes ago. I decided Friday should be Jeans Friday at work. I weigh 127 at the moment. My jeans are a size 0 and my shirt and sweater are XS.

I still wish we could have made it work last time I was down there... but there WILL be another day soon when we get to hang out and hug!!

Okay you actually have a really nice before picture, which is unfair. Great smile and love the flowers in the background. Your after picture same woman, same smile, but amazing transformation.
