Found out that DH is off on Saturday!! YAY!! Maybe a day trip is in order!
QOTD: OH is my support group. I need it daily - not monthly - to keep on track. In addition, I don't think I would have ever made it down to a normal BMI without: a) posting my planned menu every day, which keeps me focused on what I'm eating and b) having many examples of people who started out SMO who made it to normal weight (because I've heard and read that only a small percentage of us who start out that heavy make it. Had that been all I heard/read and I had not seen many people defy the odds here on OH, I don't think I would have thought it possible and wouldn't have made it - or even tried). I also love the friends I've made on here!
2 years 1 month out (maintenance):
B: homemade Greek yogurt with pomegranate seeds
S: coffee with half & half, SF protein mocha latte shake
L: cottage cheese, nectarine
D: meeting friends at a dim sum place, so should be easy to stay on track...
maybe another yogurt or SF protein pop if i can afford the calories
exercise: desperately need to do something! I've really been slacking off this week!!

Morning folks~ I'm home today, not feeling well.... I took my dad out for a burger last night. I had a cheeseburger in a bowl, no bun but it was SO rare it was really gross. I didn't bother sending it back and just ate a couple of bites of the edges. Not sure if that is why I feel sick to my stomach, but it's all I can think about, ugh. BF comes home tonight and I cannot wait to see him. I've really missed him. Today, he has a phone interview with a firm that is in our area and I really hope he gets it so he won't have to travel anymore.
Accountability- I didn't eat the planned burger last night because it was way undercooked, but I ate 3 of my dad's French fries - boo. I think I felt cheated with the crappy burger and justified the 3 fries.
QOTD - OH has given me - real information from everyone's personal experiences, answers to all my questions, realistic life after WLS advise and a look into my future of maintenance. I have to add that there is a whole lot of lessons in what not to do also!!! I love coming here daily - thank you all!
