Wow Daisy! I don't ever think I saw that before picture of you. Amazing.

QOTD: what a great question of the day. I feel that WLS has given me my life back, or at least the life I wanted to have and OH has been a huge part of that. It is giving me a place to go daily, because for me support once in a while would never have been enough. I learned so much reading posts, I remember when I first came on here I literally read through pages and pages of posts. And it has also given me incredible friendships, and opportunities to get to know incredible people. And everyone I have met IRL has been great. When my local friends say where did you meet that person? And I say on the Internet, I get a little side eye... oh well... who would have thought?

B: latte w/miralax/fairlife/mct oil eggs, real bacon bits, cheese (I woke up starving??? So hoping a good breakFast

L: chicken with white barbecue sauce and a half a cup of salad with black beans and avocado. Brought to me by a friend

D: over 55 singles BBQ , or if it's rained out steak at home with mushrooms and onions

Focusing on some water today, or water mixed with herbal tea and I can tell him little swollen.

S: i'm not really sure, the smaller meals a.k.a. snacks have been my rough spot. I think I need to go more protein forward, so I'm thinking Emiepie's egg salad, baby Bell cheese, maybe PB before bed.

I picked this before and after, because it's from when my grandson was here recently? And we were all instructed to put our Met-sy's T-shirts on to go play ball. He had gone to batting helmet day the day before at Citi Field and have gotten to run the bases. So that little guy in the before picture is now four. So even though I am temporarily hung up with the brace, it's hard for me to believe the woman I've become that loves exercises, weightlifting, hiking, running and whatever else? And is missing it and chomping at the bit to get back.

Your success is truly astounding. How wonderful is it that your grandchildren get to grow up with a healthy, active grandma? Now get on a plane to India.

LOL! I had to go back to notice the tat! I'm thinking of doing a small one on the back of my shoulder in memory of my daughter. I never considered it when heavy because there was too much of me to consider decorating myself.
